Yes, it's a he...but don't look too hard.
it's a he? :) it always appeared to me as a female.
For those unsure about this photo...this is a real eagle at Washington Lake park. The pig is also real (except he's a sculpture)...how he shows up in all my photos is a mystery (I'll have my camera checked) :-)
