Man... you're a pilot... I wish I had been a pilot. I believe lot of Polish enthusiasts of aviation find Magister a very top classic trainer. Helicopter pilots are top level specialists, in theory helicopters should not be able to fly... but they don't know that. Bring some more aviation photo! Please! Regards from aircraft engine engineer...
This is an auto-portrait (made without auto-pilot!). If you look well you will see my left hand (in the helmet and in the bottom left corner of the picture) taking the photo while my right hand is flying the bird.
This photo is really amazing. This blur makes me feel like I was in a jet-fighters movie. But... where is the photographer? I can't see him in a helmet :-)
OneTower -> Thank you for the comment. When it comes to the sharpness, you are right but it was not so easy to fly the jet at full speed with my right hand and, at the same time, take the picture with my left hand! On top of it, I had to keep my leader in sight to avoid a collision ;-) Anyway it was good fun!
Zzzzz... Tu est revenu Laurent et tu ne m'ai rien dit!!! J'attends le contact sur e-mail ou par GG :) Et le photo... interessant. Je savais... tu as la tait dans les nuages :D
Thank you all! For you info, after my initial training as a "fixed wings" pilot (around 2 years) on Epsilon and Fouga Magister (see the photo) I did a specialization to become an helicopter pilot (search and rescue). This was a great fun because helicopter is a magic tool. My best memories are when flying over the montains or when landing on a war ship in the middle of the Atlantic ocean. Life was cool ;-)
Tak to ja! (a few years ago when I was still a pilot in the French Navay). This picture was difficult to take because I was doing some aerobatics at the same time ;-)
good picture :)
