Hi, David, I would say that the buildings are shown in a good perspective and light. However, the sky looks like unsuccessful creation in PS: very artificial...also, water needs some work...maybe, the yellowish color could be replaced..greetings :)

yeah, you must have done this shy yourself or you copied it from another picture-the water is shining as if it was a very sunny day! but in general-quite a nice pic
