Nr. 857. Kościół powstał prawdopodobnie już w XII wieku z Fundacji Królewskiej. Pierwotnie drewniany został rozebrany w 1749 r. i w tym samym roku Felicjan Niepruszewski wybudował nową świątynię o konstrukcji szachulcowej. W 1869 wybudowano nową wieżę drewnianą. W 1900 roku dobudowano murowaną kaplicę i zakrystię, których fundatorami była rodzina Żychliśkich - ówcześni dziedzice Uzarzewa. Kościół jest jednonawowy, halowy, o sklepieniu beczkowym. Ołtarz główny jest gotycki, natomiast dwa boczne są barokowe. W kościele znajduje się obraz Matki Boskiej Śnieżnej oraz rzeźba św. Teresy: oba z XVII wieku. Na obrazie widoczna jest postać fundatorki i część napisu fundacyjnego z nazwiskiem Anna Młynarska. \\"Mur pruski (tak potocznie określa się ścianę RYGLOWĄ) jest to rodzaj ściany szkieletowej zwanej też SZACHULCOWĄ lub fachówką (z niem. Fachwerk), wypełnionej murem z cegły, gruzu, czasem gliny i trzciny. W przypadku zastosowania gliny, przestrzeń między belkami wypełniało się dodatkowo pionowymi szczapami, a glinę mieszało się z sieczką lub innym materiałem wiążącym. Jego konstrukcja drewniana jest widoczna, często impregnowana i może być traktowana jako element dekoracyjny.\\"
