Nr. 527. Kadr przedstawia port w miejscowości Howth nieopodal Dublina.... przyjechałem tam w słoneczny ranek.... i nagle przyszła mgła,; nie odpuściła do wieczora co widac na prezentowanym obrazku.... Howth Head to półwysep wznoszący się na kilkadziesiąt metrów ponad poziomem morza. Znajduje się on ok 16 km na północny wschód od centrum Dublina. U podnóża góry znajduje się malownicza miejscowość portowa Howth, do której dojeżdża Dart z centrum Dublina. Można tu przespacerować się molo, z którego czasami organizowane są przeprawy na małą wysepkę Irelands Eye (Irlandzkie Oko), która jest rezerwatem przyrody dla ptaków. Spacerując natomiast wąskimi ścieżkami, ciągnącymi się wzdłuż wysokich skarp na półwyspie Howth, podziwiać można piękno tutejszego krajobrazu. Warto wybrać się tutaj w słoneczny dzień, gdyż z samego szczytu góry (The Summit) podziwiać można widok na cały Dublin, z górami Wicklow w tle.
