Katedra świętego Piotra i Najświętszej Marii Panny w Kolonii (niem. Kölner Dom, oficjalnie Hohe Domkirche St. Peter und Maria) archikatedra, największy i najważniejszy kościół niemieckiej Kolonii. Siedziba arcybiskupstwa kolońskiego istniejącego tutaj od 313 r. Obecna wielka świątynia, której budowa rozpoczęła się w 1248 na miejscu rzymskiej świątyni z IV wieku i trwała z przerwami ponad 600 lat do 1880 r. Usytuowana nieopodal rzeki Ren katedra kolońska ma 144 m długość i 86 m szerokość oraz wieże o wysokości 157,38 m . Do 1884 r. była najwyższą budowlą świata. Jest drugą co do wysokości gotycką budowlą na świecie (po katedrze w Ulm) i trzecią co do wielkości gotycką katedrą świata pod względem powierzchni (po katedrze w Sewilli i katedrze w Mediolanie). Powierzchnia kościoła wraz z obiema wieżami to 7000 metrów kwadratowych. W 1996 r. katedra została zapisana na liście światowego dziedzictwa UNESCO. Już było tylko w kolorze ;)
