Dwór modrzewiowy, o konstrukcji zrębowej, wybudowany w latach 1720 - 1722, pierwotnie był pokryty gontem. To prawdziwa architektoniczna perełka. Przed gankiem rosną stare świerki i modrzewie. To resztki dawnego, stylowego ogrodu. W XIX w. Folwark Łosośna Mała należał do rosyjskiej rodziny Sitinych. W końcu wieku dwór przebudowano na daczę w stylu rosyjskim. Od 1902 r. właścicielem Łosośny Małej stali się Syrokomlowie i Bilminowie. W 1926 r. dworkowi po ponownej przebudowie przywrócono pierwotny wygląd. Ostatni przedwojenny właściciel, kapitan Wojska Polskiego Stanisław Bilmin zginął w Katyniu. Wdowa po nim utrzymała dwór po wojnie. Budynek był poważnie zniszczony, ale uniknął całkowitej dewastacji. W 1958 r. część dworku się zawaliła. Poddano go rekonstrukcji i odbudowie, a w 1965 r. w części pomieszczeń urządzono stację turystyczną PTTK, gdzie odbywały się różne imprezy turystyczne. Obecnie to własność prywatna, wymagająca remontu. Z uwagi na osobę ostatniego przedwojennego właściciela dworku kpt Stanisława Bilmina dzień dzisiejszy jest chyba najbardziej właściwą datą do publikacji tego zdjęcia.
