Stare Brusno ; dawna wieś w Polsce położona w województwie podkarpackim, w powiecie lubaczowskim, w gminie Horyniec-Zdrój. Od początku istnienia wsi mieszkańcy zajmowali się kamieniarstwem, korzystając z miejscowych złóż piaskowca i wapienia, pod wzgórzem Brusno (364,8 m), zwanym tutaj Górą.Wieś została spalona przez wojsko polskie w dniu 21 września 1945 r. podczas operacji przeciwko UPA. Część mieszkańców wysiedlono do ZSRR, a pozostałą część w 1947 r. podczas akcji Wisła.W lesie, który zarósł teren opuszczonej wsi znajduje się miejsce po cerkwi. Ostatnia, murowana cerkiew pw. św. Paraskewy była zbudowana w 1906 roku a rozebrana w 1956. Przy fundamentach cerkwi stoją dwa krzyże. Jeden upamiętnia budowę cerkwi w 1906 r. i pierwsze misje w parafii w 1925 r., drugi 950. rocznicę chrztu Rusi-Ukrainy. Przy cerkwisku zachował się miejscowy cmentarz, a na nim ponad 300 kamiennych nagrobków. Najstarsze, prymitywne i toporne, z nieporadnie wyrytymi napisami, pochodzą z początku XIX w., najnowsze z lat 40. XX w. Wszystkie wykonane były przez miejscowych kamieniarzy.
