Philip Bialowitz, 20 kwietnia 2009 roku. Przeżył własną egzekucję, bunt i ucieczkę w obozie zagłady Sobibór. Dużo przeżył. Spełnia zobowiązanie wobec przywódców buntu w Sobiborze: lejtenanta Czerwonej Armii Saszy Peczerskiego oraz syna rabina z Żółkiewki, Leona Feledhendlera. Tuż przed zbiorową ucieczką wezwali oni wszystkich, by - jeśli przeżyją - głosili światu, czym był Sobibór i jak grupa kilkuset Żydów postanowiła pomścić śmierć swoich bliskich. Białowitz od lat spełnia to posłannictwo. Napisał książkę \\"Bunt w Sobiborze\\". W tym tygodniu spotyka się z polską młodzieżą. To spotkanie zaczął od słów: \\"Oto stoję tu, Saszo, jako zyjący świadek koszmaru i triumfu, świadek prawdziwej historii. Poświęciłem całe zycie, aby opowiadać historię niewinnych ludzi, którzy zginęli w głębi lasu. Opowiadam także historię garstki tych, którzy przetrwali dzięki Leonowi i Saszy. Moje życie i dziedzictwo stanowi dowód zwycięstwa nad nazizmem - po wsze czasy\\".
