4 listopada 2007 rozpoczynałem swoją 15 wyprawę rowerową. Tym razem znowu udałem się do Indii. W Delhi wylądowałem w środku nocy. Na lotnisku nie udało mi się spotkać ze znajomym, który po mnie miał wyjechać i zawieść mnie do hotelu z tego też powodu transport musiałem sobie sam zorganizować. Do hotelu trafiłem tuż przed świtem. PPospałem sobie do południa, później złożyłem rower i udałem się na małą przejażdzkę po okolicy. Zaraz po wyjściu z hotelu na każdym kroku rzucało mi się w oczy, że coś jest nie tak: na ulicach pełno wojska, żołnieże z bronią maszyną siedzą w prowizorycznie skleconych ambonkach, które górują nad tłumem przechodniów, w telewizji pokazują cały czas jakieś zamieszki, strzelaniny, maszerujące wojsko, jadące kolumny czołgów i jeszcze ten wszechobecny dym z pożaru budynków znajdujących się nieopodal mego hotelu. Wybuchła wojna czy co? Co sił w nogach pojechałem do najbliższej kawiarenki internetowej i... okazało się, że w czasie mego lotu w Pakistanie wprowadzono stan wojenny. Ponadto za dzień czy dwa zbliżało sie najważniejsze święto w Indiach - Diwali, które jest często okazją aby zdetonować gdzieś jakąś bombkę... No cuż Indie potrafią zbudzić w człowieku emocje. To tak w nawiązaniu do tego co dzieje się obecnie w Bombaju. Ale i tak chciałbym powrócić do Indii i to nie raz!!!
