Ustrój Tybetu był haniebny. Niewiele jest przesady w chińskiej tezie, ze społeczeństwo składało się tam z niewolników i właścicieli niewolników. A tylko postęp gwarantuje szczęście społeczeństw i jednostek. Tybetańczycy dążyli do roztopienia się w Nicości, wiec niezależnie od swych urojeń byli nieszczęśliwi, gdyż Nicość nie istnieje, wszędzie jest materia. Należało ich zbawić od fikcji. Przynieśli im Chińczycy wybawienie od szczęścia fikcyjnego, dali szczęście konkretne w postaci szkół podstawowych, komun, ludowych mityngów, na których mogą się wzajemnie potępiać, oraz długopisów i rowerów. Nauczyli ich kręcić pedały zamiast absurdalnych młynków modlitewnych. Chińczycy otworzyli Tybet. Nie na cały świat wprawdzie, ale na Chiny, które zawszeć są ćwiartką świata. Oduczyli Tybetańczyków żyć wedle zmurszałych praw, nauczyli zaś odgrywać role, przypisane im wedle centralnego planu.
