Strome wzgórze wznoszące się na północ od Lewoczy, z neogotycką świątynią. Z miasta można tam dotrzeć stromą pątniczą drogą wzdłuż której stoją kapliczki pasyjne. Pierwsze wzmianki pochodzą z 1247r., kiedy to mieszkańcy Lewoczy udali się tam z pielgrzymką dziękczynną po przetrwaniu w ukryciu najazdu Tatarów. Kult maryjny rozwinęli franciszkanie stawiając w 1470r. drewniany kościółek - to z niego pochodzi dzisiejsza cudowna figurka Maryi. Mariánska hora zasłynęła jako miejsce objawień Matki Boskiej. Obecny okazały kościół pobudowano w 1914r. W roku 1995, 3 lipca, sanktuarium odwiedził papież Jan Paweł II, który jedenaście lat wcześniej podwyższył kościół do rangi bazyliki mniejszej - na zdjęciu fragment ołtarza papieskiego z panoramą Lewoczy. Każdego roku odbywa się tu pielgrzymka upamiętniająca tamtą wizytę.
