Obecna cerkiew w Bielsku Podlaskim jest jednoołtarzowa, zbudowana w 1779 (1789?) roku. Jest ona drewniana, ośmioboczna. Do nawy głównej prowadzi tylko jedno wejście, drugie do zakrystii. Wiadomo tylko, że cerkwi św. Michała Archanioła (sławna Bohojawleńskaja) król Zygmunt I ofiarował plac pod budowę. W pierwotnej cerkwi były trzy tabernakula. W głównym ołtarzu znajdowała się ikona Bohojawlenija. Wystrój w stylu budownictwa moskiewskiego otrzymała w XIX wieku. Wewnątrz znajduje się zabytek sztuki ruskiej - ikona Przeobrażenia oraz barokowy obraz - Hołd pasterzy z pierwszej połowy XVII w. ------------------------------- Oświetlenie naturalne podczas przedburzowego zachodu słońca
